DELIVERY

We offer Free Express Shipping for all orders within Australia.

Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Service from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm each business day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Current delivery time estimates from dispatch are 1-2 business days for metropolitan areas and 2-4 business days for regional areas. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.  

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached, and in their original undamaged packaging. 

All delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable (unless faulty). Refunds will be credited via the original form of payment, less the original postage costs. Exchanged items will be sent back to you free of charge.
