Very very bad experience I ordered a mk5896 rose gold watch 1,2 years ago and they gave me broken watch without a pin. I paid $259 When I called them and talk they didn’t gave me any solution. Never � recommend to anyone.

On Dec 2023 i buy the watch for my husband the price was $349 when it arrived the watch was broken and i returned it, i swap with the women watch where the price was $249 so its less $100 and i received the item.. But when i ask my money the $100 they said they will return it but until now i didn’t get the money back even i email to many times, they email doesn’t exist anymore.
