DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

We offer Free Delivery for all orders within Australia.

Orders are sent via Australia Post from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be sent on the same day.

Standard Delivery - (2-4 business days) - FREE

Express Delivery - (1-2 business days) - $4.95

All orders come with tracking information. You will receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Standard - (6-10 business days) - $20AUD

International Express - (4-6 business days) - $40AUD

International Standard delivery is free on orders above $299AUD.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached, and in their original undamaged packaging. 

All delivery charges are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable (unless faulty). Refunds will be credited via the original form of payment, less the original postage costs. Exchanged items will be sent back to you free of charge.
